BT Freestyle 3500 DECT Twin with Answering Machine
We’ve been a bit spoilt since the invention of the mobile phone haven’t we? Now we’re so used to being instantly available, all contactable and able to chat with out friends for hours on end for (relatively) not much cost. The sturdy old landline is starting to seem like a bit of redundant technology, especially when it took the providers to long to catch up by giving us some equally tempting offers.
Well this BT Freestyle 3500 DECT Cordless Phone goes some was in redressing the balance. Because it is cordless you can walk around your house (or, in my case, the garden) and yack for hours. It’s just like having a mobile but without the worryingly warm ear after an hour of talking. Like a mobile without the brain cancer.
The BT Freestyle looks slick too as it sits in its nice little charger thingy. It’s not like the white plastic monstrosity I had before this, I rather show it off now. If you are going to have any appliance sitting right by the door, it’s the first thing people see when they walk in so it had better look good no? It’s good having two as well. You’ll be surprised how many times it gets stuffed behind the sofa.
