Kenwood brought this smoothie maker out right at the perfect time. They caught us consumers just at the moment when the fashion for smoothies was just about to take off. Consequently this became the smoothie maker of choice for the new wave of smoothie enthusiasts that have taken over the nation.
You can’t walk down the average high street without falling over a million smoothie shops and the type of people they attract. It could be worse I suppose, it could be the high street infiltrated with fast food places and the debris from a Saturday night. I’d rather tread on a strawberry than a kebab.
The only bad thing about all these smoothie places is that they are so damn expensive and, as mine is a couple of streets away, I can’t just skip there in my pyjamas for a morning smoothie. Hey presto, perfect solution, buy my own smoothie maker.
