We’ve all had a little worry now and then about our security and by that I mean identity theft. Sometimes it is the downright silly like worrying because the post man is reading out post cards, like he has always done. But sometimes it is more grave like realising you have chucked out a whole load of bank statements without even tearing them up.
Which is the very reason I bought a shredder. You just can’t be too careful when you chuck away your important documents, you never know who’s hands they could fall into or who is looking out for them.
The Swordfish 1500xcd Cross Cut Shredder is brilliant because it not only cuts your papers into strips but then into little pieces. It’d take the most hardy of criminals with the eyesight of and eagle to put that lot together.
It takes any number of papers at a time (within reason) and chomps them up happily. That has been my main problem with shredders in the past, they have always jammed with more than one bit of paper. And it has usually caused their demise. Not the Swordfish 1500xcd Cross Cut Shredder, this is the hardiest piece of kit I have every owned.
