Women all over the world love hair straighteners. They’re such a versatile tool to use in hair styling as you can create all manner of styles with one handy little accessory. Curls can be easily created by winding the hair around the hot plates, and any frizz can be eliminated by smoothing the hair cuticles down with the heat.

These GHD hair straighteners are the best on the market, the ceramic plates are very smooth and conduct heat incredibly well. This particular model also features a snooze setting and will turn itself off after 30 minutes - which is super handy if you’re like me and always forget to turn your straighteners off after using them!. It also has a new function, different from other GHD models - it’s Dual Voltage, meaning that it can be used in both Europe and America, which is a useful feature as it means you don’t have to mess around trying to get your hair straighteners to work when you go travelling or on holiday.

I absolutely love my GHD IV Styler straighteners and they’re so easy to use, they heat up very quickly and make my hair look shiny and healthy, as though I’ve just stepped out of a salon. They’re also very hard wearing and can withstand quite a few knocks and bashes (although obviously I don’t recommend you take a hammer to them to test this out!, for obvious reasons!, I don‘t think many electrical appliances could withstand hammer abuse!). I can put them in my suitcase or bag and not have to worry about whether or not they’ll get broken when I arrive at my destination, because they’re wonderfully sturdy.
