Chanel No.5 100ml Eau de Parfum Spray
Chanel No.5 is a modern classic, it has been around since 1921 and yet it remains exciting, modern and fresh. I remember being fascinated by it as a child, seeing it displayed on my mother’s dressing table. She wore it to extra-special events and if I was lucky she’d spray a little on me too.
It always represented femininity and adulthood to me, and was something I promised myself I would have when I became a woman. It has such a distinct and memorable fragrance yet smells slightly different on everyone, so when I wear it I feel as though I am tapping into some great time-honoured feminine tradition, and at the same time I do feel that it fits my own personal style.
This legendary Chanel Number 5 fragrance contains gorgeous tropical elements such as neroli orange blossom and ylang ylang, as well as sensual and classic notes of vanilla and sandalwood. The result is a distinctive and luxurious scent that I wear constantly as my signature fragrance, it is just too wonderful to save for special occasions as my mother still does.
This is a great price for the 100ml size, and I prefer the Eau de Parfum to the Eau de Toilette because the scent is a little stronger and more lingering. Wearing it always makes me feel pampered and beautiful, and I highly recommend it as a gift for the woman in your life, especially if that woman is yourself!
