Kenwood FP735 Food Processor

I love my Kenwood FP735 Food Processor, it is like having my own robot sous chef right here at home. I had a carpal tunnel injury and was warned not to do too many repetitive fine-motor tasks unless I want to risk the possibility of relapse.

The kind of food that I cook is mostly Indonesian and Thai food, which both require a fair amount of chopping and crushing with a pestle and mortar, precisely the type of tasks that I am not supposed to perform.

I decided to invest in a food processor for the sake of my health, but in the end I have saved a lot of time as well. The Kenwood FP735 Food Processor doesn’t take up that much counter space, so I keep it set up and ready to use.

Now food preparation is a whiz and I also find that I am making foods that I hadn’t thought of making before, simply because I have the means now, such as hummus and fresh soups. I even bought a smoothie book and have lost a bit of weight from drinking smoothies for breakfast. Blending foods such as fruits and vegetables is supposed to be healthier for you, it says in my smoothie book that it increases the surface area and aids absorption of vitamins and nutrients.
