The L Word Season 3
The L Word is back for its third season. It is still a great watch. If you have seen series 1 and 2 then of course you will buy this too. The series is full of drama and and it still has the depth of the first two series.
Some of the characters from the last season seem to have vanished into thin air. Mark no longer exists and neither does Ivan. Carmen is still around and we are introduced to Moira, Jenny'a new girlfriend. Moira brings something new to the L Word as we follow her transition from a woman to a man. The show is no longer just about lesbians, they are trying to incorporate many new aspects including the transgender community.
L Word Series 3 does bring some sadness though and it might have you reaching for the tissues. Bette and Tina struggle to be a couple and Shane and Carmen find their love is a bit rocky. But there are still some great laughs to be had, for example we get to see Shane in a dress acting straight! You won't be disappointed with this season but hopefully we won't have to wait a whole year before we get to own season 4 on DVD too.
