The Sony PSP has been given a makeover. It is now slim n lite. It is 19 per cent thinner and 30 per cent lighter than the first PSP console. When you hold it in your hands you can really feel the difference. It is much more comfortable to hold for hours on end.
There are a few things that have been tweaked on Sony PSP Slim and Lite as well. There is now a video out, which means you can connect it to your TV and play your games through that. The only bad point is that, the whole screen isn't filled.
Next, the memory has been doubled which means games can load faster. The UMDs are also a lot easier to slip in and out of the back. You can browse the internet whenever you are in a wi-fi hotspot. The only snag is that it's very hard to type using the Psp. A touch qwerty keyboard would be a lot easier, maybe they'll slip that in next time... The screen is brighter and less battery life is used so it only needs to be charged about once a week.
The Slim n Lite is gorgeous and Sony have done a great job updating it. It is the best portable gaming device out there at the moment and it will be for a long time.
