Magic Message Egg
This was the best Easter egg that i've ever received! At first, when my husband gave it to me, i thought he was mad, i expected an Easter egg. All he said was to water it everyday same time, and "you'll see.." he said. He was absolutely right, i remember looking at it everyday as it sat on the window sill in the kitchen infront of the sink where i used to wash the dishes.
I could see some sort of plant growing and it made me feel excited about what it actually was that my husband had bought. As the plant grew bigger and bigger each day, i felt more and more excited and i would keep going to look at it, to see what was special about this plant. I kept asking my husband questions about the plant, "how come this plant was growing out of an egg shell?" "is it going to flower?" I had loads of questions, but my husband wouldn't tell me anything. It was this long suspense that made the whole thing a fantastic present and experience.
I never thought that it would grow a message, but when i woke up on day 7 and went into the kitchen, i was squinting in the sun streaming in from the window and there i suddenly saw i small message saying, "i love you". First i thought he had stuck it on, but then i realised it was part of the plant itself. I just kept thinking "how??" how could this be part of the plant. I loved the Magic Message Egg present, its the sweetest thing I've ever received from him.
